Beth ( 7 months )
Beth is now 7 months old.
In one of these pictures she's eating a cookie
(o.k. she's slobbering on it and making it really gooey, but she's having fun
doing it).
She had PDA correction (heart surgery to close the ductus) on
December 1, 1998. Since then she is like a different baby. She is awake a
lot now. She still loves to watch her big brother play. She laughs a lot.
When she wants to play she will wait until you look at her and then she gives
you a big smile and you can't help but stop and play with her then. She has
been rolling from her back to her tummy for a while now, but she still hasn't
rolled from her tummy to her back. When she rolls over she will now lay there
for a little while and then she screams until someone comes and turns her back
over.
Beth is now starting to outgrow size 3-6 month clothes. YEAH!!!!!
Her last dr visit she was still just under the growth curve on the chart, but
she really looks like she has grown a lot to me. She most definately is a
little lady, she loves to look at herself in the mirror. Her newest trick is
to stick her tongue out and to push her bottom lip out with her tongue. She
has an activity gym and since her surgery she has really started to play with
it a lot.
I guess I've bragged enough for this time. I'm just so happy about
how much better she is doing since her surgery.
